Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Put peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together
Mix everything together well
Each ball should be about 1 tablespoon of dough
Put the balls on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Make a crisscross pattern in each cookie by gently pressing it down with a fork
Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown
Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way
