Toasted Shell with Salsa, Eggs, Beans, Avocado, and Cheese

In a crispy toasted shell, this recipe for a breakfast or brunch burrito combines the tastes of salsa, eggs, beans, creamy avocado, and melted cheese. This is a great quick and hearty meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 toasted shell tortilla or bread
  • 2 eggs

Place the cooked beans on top of the eggs

Put slices of avocado on top of the beans

Add some shreds of cheese to the avocado

You can melt the cheese by heating the ingredients together in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds if you want to

You can either fold the shell in half or roll it up like a burrito

Serve right away and enjoy

Put chicken broth in the slow cooker

For 6 to 8 hours on low heat or 3 to 4 hours on high, until the pork is soft

Put pork on top of rice that has been cooked

Add green onions and sesame seeds that have been sliced on top
