Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dove Dark Chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375F 190C
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda
In a separate large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined
Stir in the Dove Dark Chocolate chunks and chopped hazelnuts
Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets
Bake in the preheated oven for about 9-11 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely
