This rich and creamy chocolate mousse made from avocados is a treat you wont feel bad about. It tastes so good, is good for you, and is vegan
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Peel and pit the avocados, then place them in a food processor or blender
Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the avocados
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed
Transfer the mousse to serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
Garnish with fresh berries or chopped nuts if desired
