Peach Air-Fryer Hand Pies

The air fryer makes these tasty peach hand pies that are great for a treat. They are so good The crust is crunchy, and the peach filling is sweet and gooey.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced fresh peaches
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine diced peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and ground cinnamon

Mix well and set aside

Roll out the refrigerated pie crusts on a floured surface and use a round cutter to create circles, approximately 4-5 inches in diameter

Place a spoonful of the peach mixture onto one half of each circle, leaving a small border around the edge

Fold the other half of the circle over the peach filling to create a half-moon shape

Seal the edges by pressing with a fork

Brush the tops of the hand pies with beaten egg for a golden finish

Preheat your air fryer to 350F 175C and lightly grease the basket with cooking spray

Place the hand pies in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each pie

Air fry the hand pies at 350F 175C for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy

Remove the hand pies from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar

Serve the peach air-fryer hand pies warm and enjoy
