This slow cooker ham with garlic and honey mustard is tasty and easy to make. When you mix sweet honey, sour Dijon mustard, and fragrant garlic, you get a delicious glaze that goes perfectly with the savory ham. Slow cooking makes sure that the meat is soft and that all the flavors get into it.
Ingredients:
- 1 5-7 lb ham
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Use a sharp knife to make crisscross marks on the ham
Honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, brown sugar, water, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl
Put the ham in the slow cooker and cover it with the honey mustard mix
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, adding the juices every now and then to bast
The ham should be left to rest for a few minutes after being cooked before it is sliced
