Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork shoulder, cubed
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Salt, sugar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix the soy sauce and water together and pour it over the pork cubes in the slow cooker
Put chicken broth in the slow cooker
